I bought this at Downtown Wine & Spirits a little while ago. Jadyn and I split it last week. It's hard to find a Berliner Weiss in bottles, so I was excited to pick it up.

Appearance (4.0): Pours a clear, golden, straw color. A dense, white head fades to a persistent patch in the center.

Smell (4.5): Grainy malts. A hint of banana fruitiness, with a light sour and musty aroma.

Taste (4.0): Neutral grain upfront, moving into a nice tartness in the center. Light banana fruitiness, with a powdery finish.

Mouthfeel (4.0): Low carbonation, light-bodied. Crisp, with a lightly dry finish.

Drinkability (4.5): Tart, crisp and refreshing.
