New Yorker: A Better Brew

There's an article about Dogfish Head and "Extreme Beer" in last week's "Food" issue of the New Yorker. The article is long, and focuses mostly on Dogfish Head, and some of the more unusual brews that they they produce. There's also a good bit of brewing history, from the Reinheitsgebot, to the decline of American brewing after prohibition, to the craft beer resurgence.

There's too much to distill it down to a few quotes. I recommend reading the whole thing. It's also nice to see press for craft beer.
