863. Jumping Cow Amber Ale
Jadyn took a bottle of this from the Whitehead beer hour for me. We had it a couple of weeks later. I served it in one of my NERAX pint glasses.
Beer Stats:
Brewery: Steinhaus Brewing Co.
Alcohol: 5.50%
Serving: Bottle, 12 oz.
Style: American Amber/Red Ale, BJCP Style Guide
Pours a clear copper. Topped by a thick, beige head that fades to a quarter-inch film. The aroma is toasty with a bit of caramel and citric hops. The flavor is toasty with a nice caramel and fruity sweetness. The finish has a very light bitterness. Light-verging-on-medium-bodied, highly carbonated.
